Mindful Wellbeing for Women - Half Day Retreat
This half day Mindful Wellbeing retreat for Women will help you reconnect with your heart and what is really important to you.
Set in a beautiful bushland setting, be nurtured with mindful activities and holistic therapies where you experience a sense of inner peace and explore ways to support your wellbeing and honour and celebrate being a woman - with grace and confidence.
Be immersed in a beautiful morning or afternoon focussed on mindfulness which includes: intention setting, mindfulness meditation, journaling, art therapy, sound healing and wholesome nourishment.
Choose either a morning session - 10am - 1pm or an afternoon session of 1pm - 5pm.
