Reiki Healing is a type of energy healing. Sometimes energy can stagnate in the body and we can feel that as physical or emotional pain and over time these energy blocks can cause illness.
Improving the flow of energy around the body can improve your wellbeing so that you feel relaxed and have less pain.
A typical Reiki treatment is usually conducted in a peaceful and private setting. However, the treatment can take place anywhere, either lying on a massage table or in a chair.
Reiki can also be administered via zoom, so you don’t need to leave your home to receive a Reiki Healing session from me.
