1:1 Coaching Session (in person or online)
When a woman wants to take control of her life and make significant improvements she will undertake a journey of learning to master her life. Coaching in essence is a process of self development and identifying what changes or improvements need to be made. So a good place to start is to identify what a woman wants to achieve in her life and then making a plan on how to achieve those life goals. Goals can be a great tool to help motivate and give purpose and a sense of direction towards achieving them and is intrinsically linked with improving the sense of self worth. Identifying the goals is the first place and can take the form of working towards something, or letting go of something or making a complete change. As a Women’s Wellbeing coach I would support her with identifying which aspect of her life to set a goal for, whether it be family and relationship goals, physical goals, mental health goals, financial goals, social goals, spiritual goals, community goals or professional goals. Working together, I will encourage her to consider her deepest unique desires and then make an action plan. Establishing a specific and measurable outline for a successful outcome.
