When we meditate we enter into a relaxed and attentive state allowing for stillness. Thoughts come because the mind likes to be busy. Busyness is the way that the mind organises things and tells us we are being taken care of, but its ok for there to be silence, for time to turn inwards and a place of inner peace and inner guidance. Our inner world holds the key to inner wisdom. Taking time to meditate is the path to healing.
