The Full moon each month is a perfect time for some self healing. A good time to meditate on self healing and nurturing your wellbeing. Consider these self care rituals: - Start your full moon morning with a warm cup of lemon water, - Meditate with positive affirmations, - Take a salt bath while visualising new actions you are going to take, - Heal your digestive system by eating light meals, - Set up a sacred space by lighting candles - Detoxify you body.
